FINISTERRE

Finisterre has been loved since it was founded on the coast of the Atlantic over 20 years ago. Built from the needs of hardy British surfers, they make enduring outdoor wear for an inspired life in and around the water.

Culturally, it still has the spirit of a startup. As a business, they’re growing up and expanding internationally. WATERSIGN worked with the leadership team to define their brand idea, develop their brand strategy and tone of voice, tighten up their visual identity, get it all down in a full set of brand guidelines, and lay out a rollout plan. The project included the production of campaign shoots, and a stint in-house overseeing their content direction.

Strong content is central to Finisterre’s reputation; they’re known for consistently turning out epic shoots. WATERSIGN got stuck in on the production for several of their local and international shoots, working with the team to make sure the locations, casting, and storytelling were all on point.
